Imported Banana and Cold-Chain Hub
From import to nationwide distribution
Vero Gıda imports bananas from Central and South American countries including Ecuador, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Honduras. Fruit is selected and packed at plantation stations before loading onto refrigerated ships.
After a sea journey of approximately 20 days, the bananas are transferred at the port to refrigerated trucks without interrupting the cold chain and delivered to Vero Gıda facilities.
